Michelle embraces the differences in each client so she enjoys getting to know their individual goals and creating personalized fitness and nutrition programs for each one. She believes that encouragement goes a long way and when clients are active and believe in themselves, they’ll feel the difference.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University. In our clinic, she advises clients on fitness and nutrition, and works as a patient coordinator.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Hobbies include camping, hiking, biking, roller blading, and being near the water.
