  • Increase fluids early in the day
  • Create bathroom routines
  • Eliminate sugary sodas and juices
  • Encourage daily bowel movements

  • Offer high fiber foods: fruits, vegetables, whole grains
  • Avoid sugar and dairy
  • Encourage physical activity
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Create bathroom routines
