It’s Back Pain Time on WZZM’s My West Michigan

We had the pleasure of stopping by the studios of WZZM’s My West Michigan this morning to talk about back pain treatment. Believe it or not, 4 out of 5 people suffer from back pain at some point in their lives. It can go from a daily annoyance to extreme but there are things you can do at home to keep this pain at bay, and when it gets really bad there is a safe and long-lasting alternative: physical therapy.

Lisa Otterbein-Bolek and Julie Blodgett, two of our physical therapists who specialize in back pain, were on hand to demonstrate some techniques you can do at home to help ease your back pain.
