Boot Camp for Young Athletes

Attention Middle and High School athletes! Are you looking forward to a hot, lazy summer of chilling out with your friends? Sure that is part of the fun, but if you’re serious about sports, you’ll want to stay in shape and even refine your skills for the upcoming season.

The 3 Goals of Boot Camp are…

  1. Improvement in 2 of the following areas: speed, strength, agility, endurance, balance, and flexibility
  2. Become better educated in sports nutrition and injury prevention.
  3. Have fun!

Join us!
This summer we’ll have one Boot Camp session in Cedar Springs and two in Coopersville (one for middle school and one for high school)
Cedar Springs is June 13-July 1
Coopersville is June 20-July 22
Ages 12-18, or students going into 7th – 12th grade
