    The ultimate camp for runners going into grades 7-12.
    Why Run Camp? This is the premier program for students who want to prepare for distance running at the next level, improve their personal records, and run farther. We’ll incorporate injury prevention strategies and offer lessons on every aspect of running.
    Video Gait Analysis Your running gait will be analyzed by physical therapists to determine deviations which may indicate weakness, instability, or inflexibility. The students will be educated in techniques and exercises to aid in correcting their running form to allow them to be a more efficient runners and prevent future injuries.

    Go from the couch to a 5k with our 8 week training program. This is a weekly, one hour class with education on topics such as stretching, nutrition, strengthening, proper running form, proper shoe fitting, and orthotic inserts followed by a group run each week. You'll be given a training schedule to follow on your own with support from your instructor. Plus, you'll have access to a physical therapist and exercise specialist to answer any questions. At the end of the 8 week program the group will run a 5k together (the cost of the 5k is not included in the cost of the RunFit program). Participants should bring running shoes, running attire, and a timing device (phone, GPS watch, etc.) to track your time. Dress appropriately for the weather as we do run outdoors. The first session will start at our Coopersville location, 25 Conran.   • WEIGHT LOSS & BARIATRIC SUPPORT GROUP > GRANT

    The last Tuesday of the month / 6-7pm / The next session takes place on February 23.
    This is a free support group, no registration required. 


    Join us for a comforting evening with friends who share your struggles and experiences. Each session will feature a special guest speaker with ample time for sharing and discussion afterwards. There is no cost to attend and pre-registration is not required. Following the meeting there will be an optional water aerobics class from 7-8pm. The cost for the class is $5. Water aerobics is an ideal workout because you experience minimized stress on your joints due to the buoyancy of water.
